Eliot KaplanDoctor of Veterinary Medicine  Eliot Kaplan is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and a Diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, specializing in companion animal practice. He received his degree from the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine, in 1984 and then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
He has owned a small animal hospital in Okanagan, British Columbia since 1986. Kaplan is the author of many scientific papers that have been published in Canadian Veterinary Journal and Veterinary Medicine Journal. He writes the weekly "Ask the Vet" column for the Kelowna Courier and the monthly "Veterinarian’s Corner" in The Seniors Choice Newsmagazine. |
