Deborah & Norm LeCaviler

Deborah and Norm LeCavalier live in Kelowna, British Columbia where they are devoted animal lovers and active volunteers in several civic organizations, including Rotary, Crimestoppers, and the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.

Deborah’s career has spanned banking and technology. She is currently a realtor. Norm is a business strategist who founded his own company, N.J. LeCavalier & Associates Ltd., to help small businesses run more efficiently and effectively. Before founding his own company, he spent 33 years with the Royal Bank of Canada where he worked on a variety of special projects including the successful integration of five different business groups into the bank’s U.S. operations and the transitioning between major vendors in Canada. He is well versed in the day-to-day business of banking.

Deborah and Norm’s much loved Himalayan/Ragdoll mix, Pepper, is an important part of their lives.
