Mexico and the Caribbean are key tourist destinations for travellers from around the world. Many countries in these regions struggle economically and are challenged to find resources necessary to address local concerns. Despite this lack of financial assistance, some great work is being done for stray cats and dogs by dedicated individuals and small, grass-roots organizations. CANDi is partnering with many of these organizations to implement our programs and create the financial and infrastructure support to ensure long-term success. Humane partnerships include the following elements: - CANDi oversees the implementation of our programs by the local animal organization
- CANDi provides financial stability to the local animal organization through our international network of donors and supporters
- The local animal organization builds support for CANDi within the local business community
- The local animal organization promotes CANDi programs and builds public support
