Andrea Sekula has been living in Cozumel Mexico for the last 5 years. A retired Canadian nurse, her passion for companion animals led her to become actively involved in rescue. Over the years her specialities became adoption campaigns, networking to find homes, placements, and transporting dogs and cats internationally. As well she is very active with regards to spay and neuter campaigns and with her medical background can actively participate in the surgery rooms.  With Andrea's extensive knowledge of dog and cat transport, her clinic background and first hand experience of the plight of the stray dog and cat situation by living in Mexico and her active involvement, Andrea is a valuable addition to the CANDi team as a head coordinator for CANDi's transport program.  Her involvement with our clinic's is equally invaluable as they are the real solution to reducing the suffering of stray cats and dogs.
