Local animal groups in Mexico and the Caribbean are in constant need of kennels. The average kennel costs approximately $150. The kennels are used in two ways:
- Rescue – sending dogs to the US and Canada
Every time a rescue group gets an opportunity to send one of their rescue dogs to the US or Canada to a safe and loving home, the kennel is sent with the dog and never returned. If you are an animal organization in Mexico or the Caribbean and have contacts in Canada who would like to send you kennels, please contact

. Please note: it is the responsibility of the animal rescue groups in Mexico and the Caribbean to locate an organization in Canada who will be sending the kennels.
- Clinics
CANDi works with local animal groups in Mexico and the Caribbean with ongoing clinics. These kennels are used to keep the dogs and cats safe before and after surgery. At some clinics we do an average of 100 animals a day and kennels are a key part to making this happen.
