Anyone bringing cash donations to the clinic, tourists are allowed to bring up to $10,000 without claiming the money on their customs form. Anyone bringing donations, such as kennels or other medical supplies, it is highly recommended to have those articles listed on a receipt, which can be from a business or clinic, stating that these items are valued under $300. If items do get confiscated from customs, you may claim them on your return flight home. To help ask your local veterinarian offices for expired items (such as tick and flea medication) or anything else they would like to donate. We are always in need of basic supplies such as flea and tick medication & shampoo, collars, leashes, food, bowls, toys, etc. Medical supplies are in great demand as well as they lower our operating costs greatly thereby increasing the number of animals we can reach.
