Many resorts in popular tourist destinations deal with stray cats and dogs on their property, on the nearby beaches, in the local markets, and at other attractions.  The sight of these animals is often very upsetting to vacationers.  CANDi can help you implement humane solutions that enhance the vacation experience.

• Become a CANDi Corporate Sponsor - A partnership with CANDi can be a key element in your Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility programs.  We will work with you to develop the most effective partnership.
• Create a Cat Café - Designating a safe area for stray cats, who are vetted and sterilized, is not only a long-term solution to controlling strays, but also a popular attraction for guests.
• Introduce a Room Key-Holder Program - An informational insert about CANDi can be included in the room key-holder at check-in, giving guests the opportunity to donate an additional dollar for every night of their stay to help stray animals.
• Include Employee Training - Provide educational materials on the stray animal overpopulation problem to your staff so they can answer questions posed by guests and alert guests to ways that they can help animals.
• Promote CANDi - Display the CANDi logo on your website and in your online communications.
• Implement a Spare Change Program - Tourists returning home from vacation often carry unused foreign currency. Your resort could implement a program to solicit these funds and return them to the local community to help animals.
