CANDi's First Adoption
 We are happy to announce the adoption of puppy, Will!
This is such a rewarding story. In January we were contacted by Will who wanted to adopt one of our precious puppies. Will was in Connecticut and didn’t know how to get his puppy flown to him in the US. Melody Nichols, CANDi’s US Adoption Liaison was an incredible help. As fate would have it we found someone who was travelling to Denver and to be an escort (as is currently required). Will then flew to Denver to pick up his new baby. The story has a great ending although it does underscore the challenges. We need to find an airline which will fly our rescued dogs at a reduced rate from Mexico and we need to try and arrange permission for unescorted flights. These are real barriers for our rescue efforts. All that said, we are thrilled to tell you about Will and his new puppy and also to be have been a part of this rescue.
